Due to a bug within our billing panel, last night many accounts were deleted. Most of the affected users were Plex accounts, but some Lightning accounts were deleted to.
We are doing our best to reactivate the accounts as fast as possible, however we do not have all logs of exactly what happened (hence why it's a bug), if your account has been incorrectly deleted, please open a ticket so we can have a look at it.
PLEX USERS: Due to recent Plex-side updates we are unable to (re)create accounts - please bear with us, we are working on a solution!
